Eileen Tan, Director

Eileen Tan, Director of the IT division of Chio Lim Stone Forest (CLSF). She has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry. A qualified accountant by training, Eileen is also heavily involved in IT and retail consultancy work. Her forte is in retail, followed by other industries like service, sales and distribution.

Her accounting background honed her skills in evaluating business feasibility and complemented her IT work. Together with her strong interest in IT, she has a clear understanding of processes and methodologies that allows her to advise clients on IT solutions like IT Infrastructure Outsourcing, IT outsourcing for foreign firms and Accounting solutions for SMBs. Eileen's list of clients ranges from international firms to local and listed companies.

Prior to her appointment, she has been involved in regional project management since 2000, providing retail consultancy to a number of well-known international retailers in the region. She had also been with the Accountant-General's Department, handling financial work, budgeting, planning and internal audit..

Samantha Phoon, Senior Technical Manager

As a Senior Technical Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in SAGE ACCPAC® ERP solution, Samantha is leading our team of certified ACCPAC Consultants to provide ACCPAC implementation and ACCPAC support services to many medium and foreign SME firms who are using various versions of the ERP solution (from DOS to ACCPAC Windows 3.0 to 5.5 versions). In 1998, under the leadership of Samantha, Stone Forest IT was the first ACCPAC® qualified installer in Singapore to successfully implement ACCPAC® for Windows using Microsoft SQL Server.

Samantha was also heavily involved in ACCPAC project implementation for companies like Motorola, HRnet One, The People’s Association, Ray Summers and Dun & Bradstreet. She is well respected by clients for her strong ACCPAC knowledge and excellent customer service.
