SFIT adopts a process-oriented implementation approach, normally starting with one or a few critical business processes involving a few business units. The initial customisation of the ERP system is limited to functionality and the implementation may eventually grow into a full-blown implementation of the ERP system. This approach is utilised by many small to mid-sized companies with less complex internal business processes.
